The Human Resources Department, under the guidance of the Human Resources Director, is responsible for the employment process, oversees Benefit Administration including the City Group Health Plan and Wellness Programs for employees and retirees, and is responsible for administering the retiree benefits division of the Police and Fire Pension Funds.
