Pekin’s Riverfront has been transformed over the last few years, adding several recreational amenities for community members and visitors to enjoy. This includes a new fishing pier, playground, picnic tables and access to the Park District’s walking trail. A new Festival Plaza and Event Meadow have also been added – allowing space for festivals, special events or large family outings.
