Riverway Business Park
Pekin's Riverway Business Park originally consisted of 165 acres, but was expanded to 395 acres in 2006. There are currently 245 acres remaining to be developed. The park is located in the southwestern portion of the City near the east bank of the Illinois River. At this time, the entire park is completely furnished with public utilities. The Park is situated within the boundaries of a state certified Illinois Enterprise Zone, about 12 miles south of the City of Peoria, Illinois. It is also within one or two days driving time of nearly all mid-America markets.
Attractive attributes of the Riverway Business Park also include:
- Affordable Price. Acreage is priced at less than $1.00 per square foot.
- Convenient Transportation: Easy access to I-74 and I-474, two nearby airports, river barge access within a ½ mile and frontage to Illinois Central Railroad tracks.

Riverway Business Park North also falls within the Pekin Area Enterprise Zone (PAEZ), offering developers 5-year 100% property tax abatement and sales tax exemptions on building. Acreage is priced at less than $1.00 per square foot.
