The City of Pekin has made its applications and forms available on-line in a PDF (Portable Document Format). To view the PDF versions of these documents, it is necessary to have Adobe's free Acrobat installed. Adobe's Acrobat can be downloaded free by clicking here or by visiting adobe.com.
Complete forms can be turned in to the City Clerk's office at City Hall from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, at 111 South Capitol St., Pekin, IL 61554. Any additional comments or inquiries can be asked by calling the City Clerk's office at 309.477.2300.
