Due to the growing spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to to City buildings and facilities including City Hall will be closed to the general public at the end of business (5pm) on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. This action is being undertaken to limit the community spread of the coronavirus, lessen exposure of City employees, and to help reduce burdens on healthcare facilities and our first-responders. While physical access to City facilities are closed to the general public, City services are still available and accessible by phone, online, or by appointment with City Staff if necessary. Payment of utility billing can be done via mail, online, or via a drop box at 500 Elizabeth Street.
